I love the vocals and the lyrics. But sometimes I feel that when Beyonce doesn’t have a strong rhytmic beat it distracts away from how beautiful, soulful and stong her vocals are. The beat kind of sounds tinny as in like “tin.” I love for Beyonce to sing over big, full, melodic and rhythmic beats that blend R&B/pop perfectly.

I love Beyonce. This isn’t her best. But it’s definitely a nice song. I think she should take a break though…. Just my opinion. And I’m a hardcore Beyonce stan (not fan, STAN), my bedroom walls are plastered with her face. But man Bey. Breathe honey!

Yeah, I hope Beyonce takes a 1 1/2 to 2 year break from music. So people can realize how boring music is without her. She doesn’t get enough credit for the excitement she brings to music.

Beyonce please send the Video Phone remix for radio adds starting 12/31 of this year. The song is a clubbanger and a great song. Please also perform the song on Ellen and some more talk shows. I want to see you do a full-out dance routine to it.

Beyonce’s vocals are great. But I expect great beats and melodies from Beyonce’s music, too. The beat of this song is just ok, and it doesn’t compliment Beyonce’s voice that much. Video Phone is one of my favorite songs on her last album. I hope she plans on promoting it next year. If Gaga’s Just Dance set around for a year, Video Phone which is only a month old should still be able to become a huge hit.

I hope Beyonce finds her modern day Quincy Jones or Teddy Riley because that’s the kind of musicality and beats she needs for her next album. She might want to consult them both for the next album.
