The first episode of Glee season 2 will feature the cast singing tracks by Jay-Z, Lady GaGa, Beyonce and Travie McCoy. The new series hits US screens on September 21 and in typical style they’ll be some big hits belted out. According to Rolling Stone magazine Jigga’s Empire State Of Mind, B and G’s Telephone and McCoy’s Billionaire will all be covered in the comeback episode.

As if Jay Z and Beyonce weren’t adorable enough, we hear J Hova went out of his way to throw his wife a very special surprise birthday party this past weekend. On Saturday night, Jay made Beyonce’s birthday one to remember by hiring out New York eatery The Darby, where celebrity pals Kayne West, P Diddy, Serena Williams and Alicia Keys joined the couple. An insider told the New York Post newspaper: “Jay brought a six-layer cake out for Beyonce, they were really affectionate. Cassidy played Stevie Wonder’s ‘Happy Birthday’. The party went on until 6 am. “Both Jay and Beyonce’s moms were there, but there was no sign of her father or her sister. Diddy was the last to leave. Jay filled the room with orchids.” Jay loves to shower his wife with gifts, so we’re willing to bet there was some kind of diamond surprise for her as well. So cute! Happy Birthday B!

Lady Gaga reportedly gave Beyonce Knowles a custom-made diamond whip and matching bra and knickers set for her 29th birthday.
The eccentric singer reportedly splashed out thousands of dollars on the raunchy gift and a matching underwear set, which she presented to her while singing ‘Happy Birthday’.

A source said: “Gaga wanted to give her something special. The whip was made out of hundreds of diamonds and leather. When Beyonce received it she squealed with excitement.”

The ‘Poker Face’ star handed over the saucy gifts backstage at Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z’s concert in Detroit last week, with the ‘99 Problems’ hitmaker also making an effort to mark his spouse’s birthday. The source added to The Sun newspaper: “The dressing room was decorated with balloons and banners and a lot of champagne had been put on too.”

Pretty sure this is an old track (B’Day era) because that title has been floating around for the longest, so don’t get too exciting thinking it’s from the new project. But enjoy folks!

Jay-Z may be Beyoncé’s husband, but the hip-hop heavyweight will not be managing the pop star anytime soon. According to a statement posted by the singer’s management website, Music World Entertainment, Beyoncé’s father Mathew Knowles is not being replaced by Jay-Z or anyone else as her manager. “Contrary to false rumors online, Beyoncé and her manager Mathew Knowles unequivocally have had and continue to have a close personal and business relationship. Mathew Knowles is the sole and exclusive manager of Beyoncé,” the statement reads.

Mathew Knowles has always played an important part in his daughter’s career, dating all the way back to her days in Destiny’s Child. When the group split in 2005, Mathew continued managing Beyoncé as well as Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. But Rowland and Williams recently parted ways with Knowles and his Music World Entertainment team. Earlier this year, he also denied claims that the trio were in talks of reuniting Destiny’s Child. Aside from refuting the online rumors, it has been confirmed that the singer is working on upcoming music projects. “Furthermore, Beyoncé is readying the release of her new, highly anticipated DVD and has started the recording process for her new album,” the statement concluded.

Kendra Wilkinson is a hot siren herself, but can’t stop gushing about her favorites in Hollywood – especially Beyonce’s derriere, which she likes so much she would like to bite it. The former Playboy Playmate couldn’t stop praising Scarlett Johansson and Beyoncie at Svedka’s David Barton Gym, reports The New York Post. Wilkerson said she “loves Johansson’s legs and lips because she has sexiness without trying.” And she finds Beyonce’s butt so nice she “wants to just bite it!” Her own body, however, is reserved for Philadelphia Eagle Hank Baskett and she’s nicknamed her legs “Hank’s happy trail.”

Q: So how is this new collaboration with Beyoncé coming?

Ne-Yo: (After a good chuckle) It’s coming along nicely. I can’t speak too much on it, but it’s another direction for her, and she’s carving out her own niche. In a minute nobody will be in Beyoncé’s lane. They really can’t get in her lane now, but they really can’t get in her lane after this album.
