Q: So how is this new collaboration with Beyoncé coming?
Ne-Yo: (After a good chuckle) It’s coming along nicely. I can’t speak too much on it, but it’s another direction for her, and she’s carving out her own niche. In a minute nobody will be in Beyoncé’s lane. They really can’t get in her lane now, but they really can’t get in her lane after this album.

This gets me really excited and i agree with the ending of what he said. And i don’t like Ne-Yo either but i’m excited to hear this collab and the sound. I don’t know which album it is for. I think it is Ne-Yo’s since his tweet said he had already worked with Mary or something the day before. Either way i can’t wait to hear it or for Bee’s new album.

We gotta made her album sell 1,000,000 or more the first week, then millions more after that, so buy her album the first day or before the week is over, shit, you should buy like 5 at a time, LOL, but we gotta make this her biggest album, & officialy make her the title of the “QUEEN OF POP” that she deserves, her album really needs to be bigger than Michael Jackson “Thriller”, even though that might not happen, but she’s gonna be big!!!

It’s obviously for her album guys. Read the message. He’s focused completely on her and how after this album no one will be able to be in her lane. How would that be his album unless he allows Beyonce on every track lol… I CANNOT WAIT LOL! I swear I was thinking when he said that I’m buying 5 copies first week! lol and then like 3 people in the comments were thinking the same thing! Sales don’t matter so much guys. I don’t think anyone can sell like Thriller did unless we reevaluate what the selling equivalent is now. The Pop industry was brand new when he began which is why he sold so much. He was also so integrated in his style and had something for everyone. Beyonce is the same but more. She is the every-artist. That’s how her career has been built and it is how it will play out until she has replaced the need for every other type of artist out there lol…love y’all!

I think its more important that she has a great critically acclaimed album thats better than her last efforts(which all were pretty much equal overall) than for her to have a big debut sales week.
& in other words, what Neyo is saying is if noone was on her LVL B4 then they’re definetly not gonna be on her LVL now!!

Thanks fatu, the feelin is mutual. Anyways, damn right no ones in her lane,nor shd anyone dream of getting in it. She has carved a niche of her own-n it really pisses me off when shes compared 2 other female artistes! I mean who else does endorsements 4 a no of notable brands, does movies, has a clothin line, performes live like no other, has a killer knockout voice(ya eva heard anythin like it?), sang for the first black prez 1st dance @ the inauguration ball, n won SIX grammys in one nite(n it wouda been seven had i voted a lil more lol!) Cmon now! This new album WILL make history courtesy of me and all u faithful stans whove vowed 2 buy those albums off the shelves like crazy whn their out. yes Neyo is an asshole and i can’t stand his singing as well i wish she could do something with real producers like Pharell Quincy Jones and writers like Amanda Ghost. that would be a progress and growth I don’t want another irrepleaceable B please. You no longer competing with likes of Ciara or Keri Hilson but Janet and Mike Tina Aretha they had great producers and timeless lyrics Diddy would do better for you then Neyo or Dream you need classic album B no place there for fillers. Great production timeless songs good lyrics and great vocals I want to listen to that album when i get old and pass it to my kids. love you B but Neyo means step back not forward.
